Airisma provides professional drone services, including but not limited to:
-Aerial photography and videography
-Inspections and surveys
-Mapping and data capture
-Other aerial services as agreed in writing
The exact scope of work will be agreed prior to commencement of any project.
All drone operations are conducted in accordance with:
-UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations
-Applicable aviation laws and safety requirements
We reserve the right to refuse or postpone any operation that cannot be carried out legally or safely.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to:
-Adverse weather conditions
-Airspace restrictions
-Safety concerns
-Technical issues
Client safety, public safety, and legal compliance always take priority.
Drone operations are weather-dependent.
If weather conditions are deemed unsuitable, we may:
-Reschedule the service
-Delay the operation
-Cancel the service if no alternative date is feasible
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather.
You agree to:
-Provide accurate information about the site and project requirements
-Ensure permission has been obtained to film or photograph private property where required
-Inform us of any site-specific hazards or restrictions
Airisma is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
All fees will be agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.
Unless otherwise stated:
-Payment is due upon invoice
-Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services
All prices are subject to VAT where applicable.
Cancellations must be made as soon as possible.
Depending on notice provided, cancellation fees may apply.
Details will be communicated at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to cancel services if payment terms are not met.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
-Airisma retains ownership of all original footage, images, and data produced
-Clients are granted a licence to use the deliverables for the agreed purpose
Reproduction, resale, or distribution beyond the agreed use requires written permission.
Airisma maintains appropriate insurance cover for its operations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
-We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses
-Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may use third-party providers (e.g. hosting, data processing, editing tools).
We are not responsible for the actions or services of third parties beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
